Agenta Health provides DNA testing and wellness insights for educational and informational purposes only. We do not diagnose, treat, or prevent medical conditions, and our reports are not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making health, medical, or lifestyle decisions based on your DNA results.

5. Refund and Return Policy

All sales are final once your order is processed. Refunds may be considered at our discretion under limited circumstances. Please review our product details carefully before purchasing.

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • More than 30 days have passed since payment,

  • The kit was purchased through a third-party partner (contact them directly), or

  • The kit seal has been opened or used.

If a refund is approved:

  • A restocking fee and return shipping charges apply.

  • The complete, unopened kit must be returned before processing.

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly. Agenta Health is not responsible for delays or lost shipments caused by incorrect address information.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.”
Agenta Health makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the Site or its content.
You use the Site at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

 Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for the service in the past six months.
