Shipping policy

For Canadian Customers

1. Follow the cheek swab instructions included in your kit. (Tip: Don’t eat or drink for 30 minutes before collecting your sample.)
   

2. Insert the swab into the tube with the stabilizing liquid and seal it tightly.
   

3. Place the sealed tube into the return envelope provided.
   

4. Write your return (“From”) address on the envelope.
   

5. Drop the envelope into any Canada Post mailbox.z

For International Customers

1. Follow the cheek swab instructions in your kit. (Do not eat or drink for 30 minutes before collecting your sample.)
   

2. Insert the swab into the tube with the stabilizing liquid and seal tightly.
   

3. Place the sealed tube in the biohazard bag and seal it.
   

4. Put the bag into the return envelope provided and add your return address.
   

5. At your local post office, please declare the parcel as a “buccal swab” with a value of $1.00 to avoid customs delays or additional fees.
